Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver end-to-end planning and delivery for strategic People programs using structured delivery methodologies, agile practices, and milestone tracking.
  • •Build and maintain capacity models across the People Team to balance workload and reallocate as priorities evolve.
  • •Assess operational practices, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable frameworks for smooth execution at pace.
  • •Collaborate with People Partners, People Operations, and departmental leaders to define program scopes and workforce needs.
  • •Author targeted internal communications, mitigate delivery risks, guide teams through organizational change, and measure outcomes with meaningful metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Substantial track record managing complex projects and organisational change initiatives in high-velocity, research-driven or technical environments.
  • •Solid grounding in core HR disciplines and organisational development, with a passion for designing modern, human-centered workplace programs.
  • •Strong data and insights mindset for interpreting workforce metrics and qualitative feedback to model capacity and validate success.
  • •Proven ability to bring order to ambiguity by establishing clear roadmaps while remaining agile to pivot.
