Key Responsibilities

•Gather, document, and manage requirements including user stories and process mapping.
•Perform gap analysis and support data analysis and validation using SQL.
•Coordinate communication with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
•Support Agile delivery activities such as story point estimation and sprint planning.
•Assist with UAT support and ensure solutions align with wealth management workflows and reporting/integration flows.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in wealth management environments.
•Strong SQL knowledge for data analysis, validation, and requirement support.
•Mid to expert level domain knowledge of wealth management processes, products, platforms, and client/advisor workflows.
•Proven stakeholder management experience with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
•Strong BA capability across requirement gathering, documentation, user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, and UAT support.
