Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure EHS and corporate business conduct compliance, with zero reportable EHS incidents and no breaches of corporate policy.
  • •Lead Rigids development projects for construction insulation as instructed by the Technical Manager.
  • •Collaborate with Commercial/TS teams and Strategic Marketing to contribute to sales generation.
  • •Resolve long-haul customer production problems to sustain existing business.
  • •Operate and maintain equipment for Rigids applications in proper manners.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or higher) in polymer science or other chemical-related fields.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Rigids technologies and the polyurethane industries.
  • •5+ years of technical development or technical service experience in Rigids or polyurethane industries, ideally with multinational companies.
  • •Strong PU Rigids formulation, processing, and production experience; strong Rigids application and product development skills.
  • •Fluent English and strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills; proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes).
