Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage WIP flow for priority, hold, and Q-time sensitive lots to support NPI and pilot production.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams (PI, PTO, process owners, change management) to align and execute lot plans efficiently.
  • •Coordinate experiment setup, SWR execution, and lot disposition across manufacturing teams.
  • •Execute process changes using fab systems (GCP, SWR) and monitor lot health and line performance; resolve issues impacting cycle time.
  • •Perform data-driven troubleshooting and root cause analysis for SWR and inline issues using SPC trends; provide structured daily execution updates, risks, and gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • •Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process integration, or fab operations.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • •Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
