Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as global subject matter expert and technical authority for electrical systems in Eaton’s Data Centre portfolio.
  • •Lead and support design of complex electrical infrastructure for hyperscale and enterprise data centers from concept through execution.
  • •Develop, implement, and govern global electrical design standards, reference architectures, and quality frameworks; perform peer reviews and validation across regions.
  • •Support global project and stakeholder engagement including bids, proposals, internal/client design reviews, and global site visits.
  • •Lead value engineering initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, mentor global electrical capability, and resolve complex high-risk design challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •10+ years of electrical engineering experience with significant exposure to mission-critical facilities and data center environments.
  • •Deep expertise in MV/LV distribution systems, UPS architectures, transformers, grounding, protection schemes, and system coordination.
  • •Strong working knowledge of North American electrical codes (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, UL) and IEC standards.
  • •Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior technical authority within global, matrixed organizations.
