Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead structured onboarding, role transitions, and early development support for new and promoted employees across assigned markets.
  • •Conduct routine branch visits to evaluate execution against standards and deliver real-time, scenario-based training and coaching.
  • •Provide targeted coaching using observation, transaction/account reviews, and documentation checks to improve accuracy and reduce risk.
  • •Monitor operational and client experience indicators and partner with leaders to develop action plans addressing emerging risks.
  • •Maintain standardized documentation and support enterprise/market-wide initiatives, including change champion activities and follow-up validation.

Key Requirements

  • •Working knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft software programs, and strong 10-key proficiency.
  • •Demonstrated ability to deliver scenario-based training and provide real-time feedback while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
