Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage proposal logistics for multiple deals, including setting up shared proposal sites and maintaining a clear bid calendar/proposal development plan.
  • •Schedule and lead status meetings, assign deliverables to team members, and ensure responsibilities and deadlines are understood.
  • •Perform detailed RFx review to capture client requirements and draft initial response documents from the document repository.
  • •Collaborate with editors and graphic designers to produce high-quality, brand-aligned written and visual responses.
  • •Create proposal/presentation materials by organizing content with technical SMEs, Finance, Legal, and the sales lead for the orals.

Key Requirements

  • •Handle multiple proposals and manage end-to-end proposal logistics, including bid calendar ownership and deliverable deadlines.
  • •Review RFx documents focusing on client requirements and create the first draft of response materials using the document repository.
  • •Maintain proposal sites, including scheduling and leading status meetings, ensuring consistent document formatting and version control.
  • •Identify risks by raising red flags to management when due dates or customer requirements are not met by the pursuit team.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional contributors (Sales, Solution, Consulting, Delivery, Legal, HR, and Finance) and align deliverables with internal and client guidelines.
