Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the successful delivery of environmental projects for oil & gas, refining, industrial, and related clients from planning through execution.
  • •Manage risk, contracts, and financial performance, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget targets.
  • •Direct and mentor Project Managers, including oversight of multiple projects or programs and risk mitigation planning.
  • •Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and drive revenue growth.
  • •Oversee project teams, manage client communications, and supervise project execution to minimize claims and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree and at least 6 years of relevant environmental consulting experience or equivalent.
  • •Ability to pass client drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle records check.
  • •10+ years of environmental consulting experience in oil & gas, refining, industrial, or energy sectors.
  • •Proven track record managing complex, multi-disciplinary environmental projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • •Professional certification or registration preferred, such as PG, PE, CHMM, PMP, or related credential.
