Support and enable HR and related business applications by providing first-line end-user support, resolving issues, and escalating when needed. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements and fixes, support functional testing, and validate changes before deployment. Analyze system data to surface trends and improvement opportunities, and build dashboards and reports to support business decisions. Create documentation and training materials to improve adoption and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide first-line support to users of HR and business applications, resolving system issues and escalating when needed.
•Investigate, analyze, and document application issues with accurate tracking and follow-up.
•Work with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements for system enhancements and new functionality.
•Support system testing by preparing test scenarios, executing functional testing, and validating changes before deployment.
•Develop dashboards and reports, create training materials and documentation, and monitor performance and user feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles and industries.
•Ability to provide first-line support for HR and business applications, resolving issues and escalating when required.
•Experience gathering and documenting system requirements for enhancements, fixes, and new functionality.
•Experience supporting testing activities and performing data analysis using queries to inform improvements.
