Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with MANTA engineering leadership to support workforce planning, staffing strategy, and resource management across the organization.
  • •Develop and maintain staffing plans by analyzing demand, resources, skill needs, hiring requirements, and staffing gaps.
  • •Coordinate hiring needs, requisitions, candidate activity, onboarding, and workforce changes with leaders and partner organizations.
  • •Monitor and analyze employee utilization to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve direct charging and align resources to funded work.
  • •Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting, and support budget planning by tracking labor forecasts, actuals, and variances against plan.
