Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, execute, and lead Visa’s fintech partnerships strategy for India.
  • •Lead and manage the deal pipeline for strategic accounts and new fintech partners, including identification, structuring, negotiation, closing, and management.
  • •Set revenue targets for team members and oversee consistent finance and deal practices.
  • •Oversee account and relationship management, aligning sales plans with client business objectives.
  • •Establish relationships with external and internal stakeholders and lead deal proposal development, negotiation, and signing to keep partner implementations on track.

Key Requirements

  • •Recognized degree, preferably in Business Management.
  • •15+ years of experience in the Digital Payments space, preferably with fintechs or fintech partnership management.
  • •Demonstrated success in business development, solution development and commercialization, account management, and sales support for a global organization.
  • •Experience building business cases and designing payments solutions, delivering results within budget.
  • •Fluency in emerging technology and the ability to elicit client needs to drive customer flows and journeys.
