Job Summary

Support day-to-day influencer and KOL operations, coordinating creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Assist with outreach, briefing, onboarding, campaign timelines, deliverables, and influencer database tracking. Help review and coordinate influencer content for brand alignment and proper disclosures, while monitoring social trends and supporting campaign ideation and basic performance reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally to keep campaigns running smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

•Support identification, shortlisting, and coordination of KOLs/influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
•Assist with influencer outreach, briefing, onboarding, and day-to-day communication, including coordinating campaign timelines and deliverables.
•Support content review processes, coordinate feedback between internal teams and creators, and ensure compliance with advertising and platform guidelines (e.g., #ad/disclosures).
•Assist with affiliate and creator partnership support and track basic performance metrics like clicks, conversions, and content output.
•Support trend monitoring and campaign ideation, and help with reporting and campaign administration (contracts, product seeding, logistics, documentation).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•1–3 years of experience in Influencer/KOL Marketing, Social Media, or related roles (internship experience welcomed).
•Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
