Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and support Windows 365 Cloud PC solutions for enterprise clients, including provisioning policies, user assignments, images, and Cloud PC lifecycle management.
  • •Support migrations from traditional desktop and VDI platforms (VDI/Citrix/VMware/AVD) and assist clients adopting cloud-native endpoint operating models.
  • •Implement and maintain Microsoft Intune endpoint management architectures, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, security policies, Conditional Access integrations, and patching/update management.
  • •Configure Microsoft Entra ID integrations for endpoint access and authentication, including Conditional Access and device-based access controls.
  • •Maintain Windows 11 SOE security baselines and device hardening standards; package and deploy applications (Win32/MSI/EXE) with PowerShell automation; implement endpoint security controls aligned to ASD Essential Eight and ISM.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years delivering Modern Endpoint Management, Windows Engineering, Intune deployments, and Windows 365 or Virtual Desktop solutions.
  • •Experience with enterprise application packaging and deployment, including PowerShell-based automation.
  • •Hands-on experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, and Windows 11 SOE deployment.
  • •Experience with device security and compliance programs, including Conditional Access and enterprise endpoint security controls.
  • •Australian Citizenship required; existing security clearance highly regarded.
