Job Summary

Lead and coach a shift team in Brewing & Processing, delivering people, service, quality, and cost targets while working hands-on in core production roles. Coordinate end-to-end supply chain planning and drive operational performance through standard operating speeds, V-curve standards, and chrono-analysis, acting as deputy to the Process Team Manager when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Process Team Manager in leading and coaching the team to deliver people, service, quality, and cost targets, while remaining hands-on in core Brewing and Processing roles.
•Provide SIC (Site Incident Controller) cover each shift and ensure the Emergency Response Team is in place and fully trained.
•Align end-to-end supply chain functions to clarify operational planning, priorities, and delivery expectations.
•Drive conformance to standard operating speeds by reviewing V-curve standards and identifying performance improvements through chrono-analysis.
•Act as deputy to the Process Team Manager and, when covering, hold full shift responsibility for Brewing & Processing operations including people leadership, safety, and performance delivery.
