Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean and sanitize offices, conference rooms, lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
  • •Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • •Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste according to building procedures.
  • •Operate custodial equipment (e.g., vacuums, floor scrubbers, buffers, carpet extractors) and respond to spills and emergencies.
  • •Restock restroom and kitchen supplies, maintain cleaning-supply inventory, and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Facilities Manager.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • •1–3 years of custodial or janitorial experience in a commercial or corporate office environment (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safe chemical handling.
  • •Ability to operate custodial equipment safely and effectively.
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
