Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute bid management for combat program supply contracts, including proposal preparation and negotiation strategy development.
  • •Manage end-to-end supply chain for assigned combat programs to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.
  • •Develop and implement strategic procurement plans, including identifying and onboarding key suppliers for combat program components and services.
  • •Cultivate and maintain supplier relationships through supplier management, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • •Drive supplier negotiations and oversee program/project management aspects for supply chain activities, coordinating with international stakeholders and mitigating supply chain risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred); alternative degrees considered.
  • •3-5 years of experience in bid management, preferably in a defense or aerospace context.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in negotiation strategies and execution for supplier contracts.
  • •Strong supplier management experience, including performance evaluation and relationship building.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
