Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, develop, and administer site HR programs including employment, compensation administration, communications, training, staff development, benefits, and related activities.
  • •Coordinate and monitor HR activities to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and Eaton policies.
  • •Partner with Operations and functional groups on talent management strategy, candidate experience, and onboarding with the hiring manager.
  • •Serve as a key employee relations point of contact, coaching/mentoring supervisors, conducting investigations, and resolving interpersonal conflicts.
  • •Act as local subject matter expert for benefits and payroll questions, coordinate enrollment and communications, and assist with local compensation benchmarking and insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 1-2 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
