Key Responsibilities

  • •Review technical project documents after contract award and identify discrepancies or deficiencies in tender method statements.
  • •Attend bid interviews and participate in global management reviews, ensuring bid inputs are reviewed and approved before submission.
  • •Prepare technical clarifications/qualifications and support planning by developing project resource plans and schedules for engineering deliverables.
  • •Lead preparation of installation documentation and offshore/marine inputs including procurement, fabrication materials, and technical bid evaluation inputs.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams and subcontracting departments by reviewing proposals and technical information, responding to clarifications, and preparing bid summary and diving task plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • •7–9 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with major contractors or a consultant.
  • •At least 2–3 years of operations and field engineering experience.
  • •Thorough knowledge of Excel spreadsheet with macro commands.
  • •Experience with MS Project scheduling software and knowledge of AutoCAD.
