Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support datacenter operations, application deployment activities, and job scheduler administration and BAU operations.
  • •Manage and support managed file transfer tools administration and BAU, including implementing the best approach for file transfer across applications and performing proper testing and controls.
  • •Automate datacenter operations with exception handling and controlled rerun capabilities to reduce risk and impact.
  • •Ensure high availability across primary and secondary sites and support business continuity testing for the bank.
  • •Monitor batches and alerts, track service tickets and incidents through closure, escalate issues with impact analysis, and coordinate with infrastructure owners, application owners, and vendors on 24x7 rotation.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of experience in IT operations or batch job scheduling.
  • •Hands-on experience with enterprise scheduling tools and batch job scheduling (e.g., Control-M, Autosys, TWS, Cron).
  • •Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail for production support and job execution accuracy.
  • •Experience operating in Windows and Linux/Unix environments and understanding application architecture and job dependencies.
  • •Knowledge of ITIL processes (especially Incident and Change Management) and basic database concepts (SQL for job-related queries and logs).
