Handle aftertreatment (DEF/emissions) repairs, regens, and filter changes while keeping accurate records and following safety protocols to maintain DOT compliance.

•Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component replacements on Class 8 fleet vehicles
•Troubleshoot complex electrical, engine, and transmission issues using diagnostic tools/software
•Repair aftertreatment systems (DEF/emissions), perform regens, and change filters
•Collaborate to maintain accurate records, optimize vehicle performance, and minimize downtime
•Follow safety protocols and industry best practices to keep the fleet DOT compliant

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks and trailers (or similar equipment)
•Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for diesel engines, transmissions, and vehicle systems
•Proficiency using diagnostic software and using a laptop for manuals
•Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics; MIG welding is a plus
•Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to perform physical maintenance tasks; two ASE certifications within the first 6 months
