Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support the NinjaOne platform for endpoint management, third-party patching, remote access, device monitoring, and automation.
  • •Own third-party application patching from assessment and planning through scheduling, deployment, testing, rollout, validation, and reporting.
  • •Provide remote support for Windows endpoints using NinjaOne remote control to troubleshoot agent, deployment, and connectivity issues.
  • •Monitor endpoint health and patch compliance, investigate failed deployments and device-level alerts, and coordinate vulnerability remediation via patch deployment.
  • •Create and maintain operational reports, dashboards, documentation/runbooks, and automation scripts to improve patch success rates and reduce manual effort.

Key Requirements

  • •7–8 years of overall IT experience with hands-on endpoint management, patching, remote support, and automation.
  • •Strong NinjaOne (or similar RMM/endpoint management) experience including patch policy configuration, deployment, compliance tracking, and remediation.
  • •Strong Windows endpoint administration, troubleshooting, software deployment, and remote support capabilities.
  • •PowerShell scripting experience for troubleshooting, automation, reporting, and remediation tasks.
  • •Experience with ITSM tooling (e.g., ServiceNow) for managing incidents, requests, changes, and problem records.
