Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the brand’s retail strategies including customer experience, client relations management, employee performance, and community connectivity to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to stores.
•Demonstrate local market knowledge of clientele base and brand competitors to inform store strategies and opportunities.
•Lead and coach store leaders to achieve and exceed sales goals and store KPIs (conversion, average sale, UPT, etc.).
•Proactively network, train, and develop store teams to build lasting client relationships and adhere to Alo Sales + Service guidelines.
•Identify opportunities in product, sales, and team development and present solutions to corporate.
•Create a multi-store and business strategy to grow all aspects of the business including studio operations and set clear expectations with teams.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of multi-unit, high-volume retail or related industry experience
•Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate store leadership teams and employees
•Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing budgets, profitability and cost controls
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with HQ and field teams
•Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to translate business data into action
