Job Summary

Operate and maintain specialized vacuum and cryogenic systems to support production of Integrated Dewar Cooler Assemblies (IDCAs). Load dewars onto vacuum pumps, run LN2 boil-off procedures, track pump cycles, and perform daily gas collection and evaluation. Use Residual Gas Analyzer (RGA) instrumentation to monitor and troubleshoot for process integrity. Maintain equipment and cleanroom readiness, complete dewar leak checks, and document processes and data to established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute vacuum and cryogenic processing, including loading dewars onto vacuum pumps, running LN2 boil-off procedures, tracking pump cycles, and performing daily gas collection and evaluation.
•Monitor and troubleshoot systems using RGA instrumentation to screen for irregularities and debug to maintain process integrity.
•Maintain vacuum pump equipment and cleanroom readiness, including regular maintenance, dewar leak checks, and proper stocking of materials like LN2.
•Create and maintain IDCA documentation, including travelers and detailed data entry, following established procedures.

Salary: USD 30 - 40 hourly

Key Requirements

•Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or process environment.
•Experience operating and troubleshooting high vacuum systems, leak checkers, and Residual Gas Analyzers (RGAs).
•Strong fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for precision work, using hand tools and mechanical/electrical measurement equipment.
•Ability to read mechanical assembly drawings and rudimentary schematics.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and strong adherence to established procedures; experience in infrared is a plus.
•Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
