Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Cross-train to support sales and service activities with a focus on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), support new account openings and issue resolution, follow internal controls and risk management, and continually build product knowledge through training.

•Provide a consistent, distinctive client experience while completing complex and standardized transactions and maintaining accurate records and handling of funds.
•Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
•Support the sales process through outbound calls, identifying client needs/offers, and referring clients to appropriate branch team members or specialists.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.
•Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
