Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in sales activities and demos as the on-call talent expert, demonstrating talent availability and in-office benchmarks.
  • •Bench VA talent management, including daily bench reporting, maintaining video-ready profiles, and ensuring quick access to vetted candidates for AEs.
  • •High-velocity matching to secure a candidate before the end of a sales call and translate call nuances into a precise internal brief for the Solutions Expert and VA.
  • •Keep Bench VAs camera-ready and briefed on active leads, enabling 60-second notice participation in calls.
  • •Communicate talent sell-out risks to drive urgency and assist AEs in closing deposits faster.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, specifically in high-volume or VA/BO environments
  • •Sales instincts; comfortable selling a person’s skills and our managed office model
  • •Professional presence; articulate, high-energy, and professional on Zoom calls
  • •Technical literacy; ability to quickly understand client tech stacks (CRMs, PM tools, AI) to match with VA skills
  • •On-site presence; must be physically in the office to interact with Bench VAs and show the facility to prospects
