Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver timely, accurate client reporting including investment performance, holdings, portfolio statements, trial balance, and accounting reports.
  • •Perform quality checks on custom reports to ensure accuracy for internal and external recipients.
  • •Compare rates of return using multiple data sources, including custodian websites and other applications.
  • •Follow procedures for different client report types and questionnaires, retrieving data from applications based on instructions.
  • •Interface with portfolio managers and product/client servicing teams to understand bespoke requirements and serve as point of contact for asset management product offerings.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant experience with a good understanding of investment reports, return calculation, and fund management.
  • •Prior accounting/finance experience.
  • •Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel (including Excel macro and VBA skills as highly desirable).
  • •Ability to multitask, handle high-pressure situations, and adhere to multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • •A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience.
