  • •Lead and evolve global Talent Lab development experiences, owning planning and project management across multiple workstreams and partners.
  • •Evolve and optimize program delivery to ensure high-quality, end-to-end talent experiences.
  • •Partner with Talent Management, HR, and business leaders to translate talent priorities into development strategies and practical tools.
  • •Design, build, and refine outcome-driven, practical learning content that is accessible and on-brand.
  • •Facilitate live Talent Lab programs and prepare facilitators through onboarding, guides, practice sessions, observation, and feedback; measure program effectiveness via feedback and data insights.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive experience in talent management, talent development, learning and development, organizational development, or related strategy/consulting work.
  • •Experience designing for multiple learning formats, including in-person, virtual, and online/asynchronous learning.
  • •Experience facilitating in both virtual and in-person environments.
  • •Experience project managing complex learning/talent initiatives, balancing multiple workstreams and iterations.
  • •Comfort translating development needs with stakeholders, using research/data to shape solutions; exceptional writing and communication skills.
