Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently or with minimal guidance, perform audits, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance for automated material handling components.
  • •Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings and diagnostic tools.
  • •Troubleshoot PLCs and external input/output (I/O) devices, and provide resolutions for mechanical and controls issues.
  • •Serve as lead troubleshooter by supporting fulfillment operations based on product flow and operational goals.
  • •Coordinate maintenance activities, complete work orders and required documentation, and assist with cleaning conveyor systems and maintenance areas.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years of related experience in mechanical troubleshooting, technical troubleshooting, maintenance and/or installation.
  • •Strong electrical background with knowledge of low-voltage controls and PLCs, including repair, installation, and maintenance of 3-phase systems up to 480VAC.
  • •Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance experience with conveyor/sortation systems and mechanical/electrical controls.
  • •Experience performing preventive/predictive maintenance, modifications/upgrades, and installation support.
  • •Ability to maintain safe work practices, including lock-out/tag-out, and willingness to be certified on powered industrial equipment.
