Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily operations for the Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance Studio, ensuring coordinators are trained and services run effectively.
  • •Oversee client experience operations including the online reservation system, advisor availability, class publishing, and efficient client check-in.
  • •Manage in-store events by planning and staffing to maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
  • •Lead training and development by managing Beauty Advisor development and certifications and supporting growth in artistry skills.
  • •Participate in performance management for studio-related issues and act regularly as Manager on Duty on stage with advisors and clients.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 54,800 - 68,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Two to four years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
  • •Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
  • •Ability to manage daily operations and ensure coordinators are adequately trained to run the studio effectively.
  • •Experience supporting performance management for issues related to the Beauty Studio or direct reports.
