Job Summary

As a Treasury Associate, you’ll join Carta’s Fund Administration team to own daily payment operations, manage bank administration tasks, and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes at scale. You’ll work with Product, Engineering, and Operations, leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, and contribute to reporting, onboarding new funds, and enhancing the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end payment execution workflows, including initiating and reviewing ACH / Wire and FX payments for client approval
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering and Operations to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and influence product roadmaps
•Communicate with clients and external stakeholders to address inquiries and provide a high-quality support experience
•Lead or support the opening and setup of new client bank accounts in partnership with Onboarding and Implementation teams
•Establish and maintain bank connectivity, ensuring transactions are accurately uploaded to the Carta platform

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of experience in Treasury, banking operations, or payment processing
•Strong attention to detail and a high degree of ownership over workflows
•Clear verbal and written communicator comfortable interacting with clients and cross-functional stakeholders
•Proficient in Excel and adaptable to learning tools like Looker or Salesforce
•Experience creating or improving operational workflows in fast-paced environments
