Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement process control solutions to identify and reduce process variation and automate/simplify control tasks.
  • •Analyze and monitor SPC conditions and identify process capability improvement opportunities.
  • •Develop and maintain data queries and reporting solutions to measure process capability and other SPC metrics.
  • •Write scripts to extract, shape, and filter data for analysis, including data cleansing, outlier identification, and missing-data techniques.
  • •Mentor and train others on statistical concepts and facilitate coordination with PCS team and project meetings.
