Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive HR experience, or an Advanced degree and 7+ years of progressive HR experience.

  • •Experience as a strategic HR business partner in a manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environment.
  • •Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders and drive HR priorities aligned with business strategy.
  • •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
