Job Summary

Lead hands-on shift operations for the USA Pavilion floor, turning the management team’s plans into smooth, standards-led service. Supervise front-of-house and bar teams, run end-to-end trading shifts, and act as duty manager during peak periods. Ensure service quality and grooming standards, coach and onboard staff, manage cash/POS controls and stock monitoring, and deliver VIP/protocol F&B service with discretion and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

•Run trading shifts end-to-end (open/close, brief the team, deploy staff, and keep service flowing).
•Act as duty manager on shift by resolving operational issues and escalating appropriately.
•Supervise, motivate, correct and coach servers, bartenders, and hosts; support onboarding and training.
•Own cleanliness, mise-en-place, floor readiness and station standards for each service.
•Handle cash, POS, voids and reconciliation; enforce responsible service of alcohol and monitor stock and waste.

Key Requirements

•Solid supervisory experience in restaurants, bars or events.
•Ability to run a busy floor and lead a team under pressure.
•Good cash, POS and stock-control discipline.
•Strong service standards and attention to detail.
•Minimum 3 years in F&B with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, plus hospitality qualification or equivalent experience.
