Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain integrated project schedules aligned to scope, milestones, and customer deliverables.
  • •Coordinate with engineering, field operations, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure schedule feasibility and resource alignment.
  • •Monitor project progress, proactively adjust schedules to mitigate delays and execution risks, and identify scheduling constraints and bottlenecks.
  • •Track cost budgets, time-phased baselines, and performance measures; support Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation and milestone validation.
  • •Analyze schedule and cost performance vs. baseline, drive variance analysis and corrective actions, support Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasting, and ensure compliance with Honeywell standards and SOX controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field.
  • •Advanced English communication with global stakeholders.
  • •2+ years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, project management, or program planning.
  • •Experience with project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6 (or similar).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint, or Google Suite) and strong analytical skills to interpret schedule and cost performance data.
