Commercial Relationship Service Specialist II

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Commercial customers and Relationship Managers, delivering best-in-class onboarding and support. Independently resolve complex customer issues as a first-line decision maker, manage complex and highly visible customer relationships, and oversee end-to-end onboarding for commercial deposits and loans. Represent the Commercial brand through discreet, professional communication, attend customer and deal team meetings, and help deepen relationships through appropriate product offerings.
