Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and champion the organizational Data & Analytics strategy and roadmap aligned with IT and digitalization initiatives.
  • •Lead and grow the data team by recruiting, mentoring, and managing Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and BI Developers.
  • •Oversee modern data stack architecture, including cloud-based data platforms (data warehouse and data lake) for scalability and cost efficiency.
  • •Direct ETL/ELT development and data modeling practices (e.g., dimensional modeling using Kimball) and ensure robust data governance and quality.
  • •Own the corporate BI platform (Tableau/Power BI/Looker), translate business questions into analytical requirements, and drive self-service BI adoption and advanced analytics/ML delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • •Minimum 7+ years progressive experience in Data & Analytics, including at least 3 years managing technical teams and data platforms.
  • •Expertise with a major cloud data warehouse platform such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or AWS Redshift.
  • •Strong SQL skills, data modeling, and experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Fivetran, dbt, or Informatica.
  • •Proven experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau, plus strong stakeholder communication and executive presentation skills.
