Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and analyze financial models and business valuations for M&A transactions.
  • •Collaborate to develop business ideas, pitch strategies, and transaction structuring scenarios (equity, debt, and M&A).
  • •Lead and/or participate in meetings with current and prospective clients.
  • •Conduct industry and company due diligence and prepare/review information memoranda and transaction documents.
  • •Prepare/review pitch and business origination materials and support business development efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of work experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or a similar role.
  • •Experience in Business Services sector is preferred.
  • •Strong technical skills including accounting, financial modeling, and Excel.
  • •Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Professional, concise oral and written communication with intellectual curiosity and a strong work ethic.
