Foreperson

Lead and train a solar installation crew of three to six members, ensuring safe, high-quality residential and small commercial project completion. Manage the construction workflow, maintain project documentation, and provide consistent customer relations throughout installation. Troubleshoot worker issues, recommend solutions, and deliver feedback to management. Perform service calls when needed and may act as supervisor/manager in their absence.
