Job Summary

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers while providing a great customer experience. You’ll load and unload vehicles, inspect and maintain the hauler for safe operation, complete customer paperwork, and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system. Work scheduled hours (11am–9pm) on an on-site team location in Wyoming, MI, with performance-based pay growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers and provide a positive customer experience.
•Frequently load and unload vehicles, and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure safe to drive conditions.
•Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
•Perform physically demanding tasks including loading/unloading and vehicle detailing, with occasional exposure to extreme weather.
•Requires driving and physical abilities including reaching, twisting, kneeling, climbing, balancing, squatting, and lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
•Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; also must obtain a Notary within the first 90 days of employment (as required by local jurisdiction).
