Lead Preschool Teacher

Lead a mixed-age Montessori preschool classroom for children ages 3–6, guiding concentration, confidence, and deep learning through observation, individualized lessons, and intentional language. Prepare and maintain a prepared environment with hands-on practical life, literacy, math, science, and cultural materials. Build strong relationships with children and families, collaborating with parents to support each child’s academic, social, and emotional growth.
