Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-level planning services for programme/projects, including baseline scheduled tasks, resource profiles, and financial models.
  • •Monitor schedule variance via impact analysis and apply planning/scheduling methods, techniques, and tools.
  • •Manage operational issues of project controls and PMO, focusing on interfaces with project leaders, managers, and teams.
  • •Lead and manage a team of professionals delivering planning/schedule management services, including staff development and continuous improvement.
  • •Drive Integrated Program Controls Team integration and collaboration through workshops, trend analysis, and persuasive presentations to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of scheduling best practice and planning/scheduling delivery for medium/high complexity projects and programmes.
  • •Demonstratable experience with planning/scheduling tools such as Oracle Primavera, MS Project, Asta Power Project, PowerBI, Excel, or Acumen Fuse.
  • •Good working knowledge of planning/scheduling, EVM, and project controls methodologies.
  • •Ability to advise on complex requirements and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively.
  • •Degree educated with prior industry/sector experience being essential.
