  • •Multifamily loan management skills including evaluating loan requests, classifying loan risk, identifying fraud, and underwriting loans.
  • •Risk assessment and management experience, including evaluating/designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, and remediating noncompliance.
  • •Relationship management skills for managing stakeholders, customers, and vendors and building relationship networks.
  • •In-depth knowledge of multifamily real estate finance; Fannie Mae’s delegated underwriting and servicing model preferred.
