Own the international Deal Desk for EMEA and APAC, building and leading the team of three that turns complex commercial intent into fast, cleanly bookable orders. Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Revenue Accounting, Legal, and Finance to approve non-standard deals, drive quote-to-order validation in Salesforce and CPQ, and set metrics for cycle time, turnaround, and downstream booking accuracy while maintaining a consistent global operating model.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Deal Desk for international business across EMEA and APAC, including operating model, team, and outcomes.
•Lead, hire, develop, and scale a team of three as the business grows.
•Serve as commercial partner to international sales teams on complex, non-standard deals (pricing, discounting, multi-year/consumption, commit/ramp, deal structuring).
•Own regional deal approval and review processes with clear thresholds, fast turnaround, and escalation paths.
•Validate deals between deal creation and order management to ensure quotes and signed order forms book cleanly and provision correctly.

•Managed people and can hire, develop, and grow a Deal Desk or similar team.
•Understood deal structuring mechanics including pricing, discounting, multi-year and consumption models, and commit/ramp terms.
•Worked cross-functionally across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Accounting from quote to signed, bookable order.
•Is fluent in modern GTM tooling, including Salesforce and CPQ, and can communicate credibly with both field and internal control functions.
