Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead a Field Engineering team supporting Federal and SLED enterprise opportunities.
  • •Partner with Public Sector Sales leadership and AEs to run technical discovery, demos, and POCs within government evaluation processes.
  • •Establish best practices for evaluations and technical deal strategy, accounting for public sector requirements including FedRAMP, StateRAMP, and air-gapped/on-prem environments.
  • •Serve as an escalation point for complex customer evaluations and high-stakes public sector deals.
  • •Hire, onboard, and develop Field Engineering talent and feed customer insights back to Product and Engineering to shape the public sector roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years leading Field Engineers, Solutions Architects, or pre-sales teams in enterprise software, with meaningful Federal and/or SLED experience.
  • •Experience navigating public sector technical evaluation processes, including security authorizations, compliance reviews, and procurement-driven POC requirements.
  • •Strong technical foundation and fluency in modern software development workflows, AI tooling, and developer productivity.
  • •Proven ability to partner with Sales while maintaining technical integrity and customer trust in high-stakes deals.
  • •Strong communication and executive presence with the ability to engage agency technical leadership, CTOs, and compliance stakeholders.
