Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage client projects to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • •Coordinate and support consultants assigned to projects to foster strong team performance and engagement.
  • •Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements and develop additional project initiatives.
  • •Develop technical and business proposals and support client presentations, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally across digital strategy & advisory, data & AI, cybersecurity, and application services; facilitate workshops and monitor delivery via KPIs, SLAs, deliverables, and change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, project management, service delivery management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • •Proven ability to manage and lead consultants and project teams.
  • •Solid understanding of business processes, IT strategy, and how technology services impact business performance.
  • •Strong project management experience managing work plans, deliverables, KPIs, SLAs, risks, and change requests.
