Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex risk consulting engagements focused on credit card products and end-to-end product initiatives.
•Connect credit and fraud risk strategies to clients’ financial objectives and drive sustainable growth and profitability across the customer lifecycle.
•Structure and defend business cases with senior executives, translating risk management into product and performance strategy.
•Define and integrate strategies spanning risk management, product development, and financial performance.
•Leverage advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to enhance automation, insight generation, and decision-making efficiency in day-to-day consulting activities.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
•10–15 years of experience in financial services and risk management, with deep exposure to credit card products and end-to-end product initiatives.
•Deep expertise in credit risk and fraud prevention, including understanding the payments customer lifecycle and how it interacts with risk decisions.
•Strong analytical and technical capabilities, including data modeling and knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
•Ability to connect risk, product, and financial performance (P&L) and define growth and monetization strategies, with executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
