Environmental Remediation Area Manager

Oversee performance of major environmental site assessment and remediation programs, driving client satisfaction and internal KPIs while addressing governance, risk, and project issues. Lead delivery in alignment with AECOM’s Project Delivery System (PDS) and Quality Management System (QMS). Manage and develop a team of ~50 department staff, support succession planning, and contribute to business development through budgets, capture strategies, and Salesforce pipeline reporting. Based in California with billable work expectations.
