Subcontracts Manager

Lead end-to-end subcontract strategy and execution for the HHS Sector within the FedHealth Division, ensuring compliant, efficient, on-time, and cost-effective subcontracting. Manage and develop a team of Subcontracts Administrators, mentor them on complex issues, and drive accountability and continuous improvement. Partner with program management, procurement, capture, and business development teams to align subcontract approaches with program objectives, while proactively mitigating schedule, cost, and compliance risks using federal procurement expertise.
