Lead project controls for industrial construction projects in France, establishing and monitoring cost and schedule baselines, risk management, and change control. On-site presence 4 days a week, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, producing client-ready reports, and ensuring adherence to budget and milestones for complex factory construction.
