Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive an innovative technical vision across intelligent networking, distributed systems, real-time data processing, agentic AI, and machine learning.
  • •Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle including architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations.
  • •Design and build high-performance, production-ready real-time data and AI platform services, including distributed microservices and scalable data pipelines.
  • •Lead hands-on technical discussions and strategy through design reviews, code reviews, and implementation support.
  • •Mentor and develop engineers, establishing technical direction and operational excellence for secure, observable, resilient, and scalable systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •7+ years across the full software development lifecycle (architecture, design, coding, code reviews, testing, build, deployment, and production operations).
  • •7+ years of programming experience in at least one general-purpose language, preferably Python, Java, Go, or C++.
  • •3+ years leading the design and architecture of large-scale distributed systems, preferably on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • •Experience with real-time microservices, stream processing, distributed data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and/or AI or agentic systems, including mentoring technical leads or engineering teams.
